    What is the difference between a ritual service and wearable enchantments?

    • Ritual services are direct, high-intensity spellcraft performed on your behalf to remove obstacles, shift energies, or amplify manifestations. These ceremonies are conducted in a structured ritual space, often aligned with celestial events, divine forces, or strategic energetic timing for maximum impact.

    • Enchanted pieces are ritually infused with permanent spells, offering continuous, wearable magick. Unlike ritual services, enchanted tools blend with your aura and energy field over time, providing long-term energetic support.

      (Not all enchanted pieces on the market are permanent. Mystique ensures each item is heavily ritualised for lasting potency—always check with your practitioner before investing.)

    • Choose an Enchantment (Gems/Oil) if you prefer a long-term energetic tool that works seamlessly with your aura, reinforcing your manifestations over time.

    How do I use the Mystique enchantments?

    • No activation is required.
    • Wear your enchantment and allow the energy to blend with your aura naturally.
    • A PDF guide will be provided after purchase to help you maximise its benefits.

    Do I need to recharge my enchanted jewellery often?

    • No special care is required beyond standard jewellery maintenance.
    • Occasional energetic recharging (e.g., moonlight exposure) helps keep its energy vibrant.
    • A PDF guide will be provided for additional care instructions.

    How do I care for my enchanted jewellery?

    • A jewellery care guide is included and will be emailed after purchase.

    Is shipping included?

    Yes, and free shipping is available for purchases above $200.

    What are the available shipping options?

    • Tracked Shipping via Ninjavan (Recommended/Default)
    • Normal Mail
    • Self-Collection
      • Avail at our office at 63 Robinson Road. By appointment only to prevent scheduling conflicts.

    How long does shipping take?

    • Tracked Shipping: 3 calendar days
    • Normal Mail: Typically 3 business days, subject to SingPost’s schedule

    I bought an enchantment to gift. Do you provide wrapping or a gift bag/box?

    Each purchase comes with a jewellery case/pouch. However, we do not provide gift wrapping.
